Raw Chicken Alert! Usually just at par with food. But today I ordered a 12 Count Grilled Chicken Nugget to find pieces of RAW pink chicken. Upon taking the evidence, the manager (not cashier) tried rejecting it as "something else". It is quite unmistakable when one chews on raw chicken enveloped inside an outer cooked layer, one feels the chicken fibers almost. No compensation, no courtesy. This is what the good businesses have come down to thesedays. UPDATE: Upon emailing, TTU Hospitality responded quickly and refunded me the order amount. They also assured of further investigation into the matter so that it doesn't happen again.

As a customer, it’s upsetting to see staff being yelled at 🤨. During my visit, Malerie the manager spoke aggressively to employees, which ruined the atmosphere. Respectful management matters, and this location falls short.

Good location, lines may seem long but in my experience go pretty fast. Use the Texas Tech mobile ordering app if you want to be in and out as I barely see people take advantage of it.

Waited for an hour, got a soggy piece of lettuce and a single pickle. Thank you chic fil la for letting me down time and again.

Order through drive up was wrong, went inside to get the right food and that’s when I noticed that the drinks and food that had been returned by other guests had promptly sent to customers in drive through window. Food was set on the floor before being cooked and or served, I asked for a refund and it was refused.. This was the worst service I have ever received by this company and I will not go back again. I have photos of this experience and plan on posting them after they are seen by Texas Health & Safety gets to see them first. Highly recommend that continued customers ensure the food they purchase is fresh and correct in front of their own eyes for the safety of themselves and / or families.
