The drive-thru is a trap. You can get your food and still have to wait 10 minutes in line cause someone ahead of you is waiting to pick up their 4 catering trays worth of nuggets and sandwhiches. Food quality is usually slightly better than most fast food places.

No issues at all except for the way the drive thru lines are set up. They are very tight. My sensors continuously go off making the turn to get to the window. That's doable. However, they never move anyone into a waiting spot if their food isn't ready yet and the people behind them have received theirs. There have been a few times where the person in front of me did not have their food and I had mine but I still had to sit there and wait. I was on my lunch break once and sat there waiting for a few minutes while I already had my food. I asked one of the girls if they could move the person up so I could get out because I was on my lunch break and she looked all confused. She went back and said something to her coworkers and they then looked confused. No one said anything to me or moved the

There was a bug in my salad. Here it is pictured coated in avocado lime ranch. 1/1/26 at about 11am. Super disappointing that there’s not proper washing of the salad for the price. Gross.

Always happy with Chick-fil-a ! I don't think I've ever been dissatisfied with them. The crew is happy and helpful. They always serve you with a smile and a thank you. And their food is always great. So anything you order is a good choice. Highly recommend!

Always fast, friendly and get your order right 99.8% of the time which is rare for fast food. Hate that the line goes out and blocks traffic and also hate the new awning where you pick up food because if you’re brought your food before the cars in front of you you’re stuck in line until they get their still.
