Chi-Town Dawgs

The restaurant doesn’t appear open until you pull into the parking lot. I think it’s the dated look of the building. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would’ve preferred the chili cheese dog to be larger but it tasted good. The quantity of fries was surprisingly plentiful and the cheeseburger tasted fine considering it’s a hot dog joint. With the wide-range of menu options, there’s something for most to try.

Hubby got 2 hot dogs said they were decent. I got a cheeseburger that was barely a slider size burger on a regular size bun.. meat was tasteless and dry.If we hadn't ordered it to go i would have definitely sent it back.

This place is the real deal if you want a "big city" local experience. Polish sausage, chi-dawg, tamales.. all at fairly reasonable prices considering how everything else is priced thru the roof these days. Not what I expected from this little flea market town in the middle of Kentucky... but pleasantly surprised!

Has very good food. Hot dogs aren’t Vienna but still a good dog. Tamales are the same. Gyros very good. They have a nice variety of food. Clean and friendly. Hours are 11-8 Monday thru Sat. Sunday 11-5

Possibly the worst attempt at replicating Chicago food I've seen. (I am from Chicago) The Italian combo was terrible. Extremely dry and over cooked beef and very salty. The sausage was mushy. Kids had burgers neither liked them. My son said it tasted like you would imagine a vegan burger would taste. ( Nasty) But they supposedly were Beef . Spent about 30 minutes and not one customer came. Was empty when we arrived. This is Saturday about 12 noon. After eating i see why. The Guy behind the counter had the attitude like he didn't want or care to be there. Guaranteed I will not be back.
