I had a great experience at Chi Shack thanks to a worker named Matthew. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. He took the time to make sure my order was correct and even made some great recommendations from the menu. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Matthew worked quickly but still paid attention to the details, and the food came out fresh and exactly how I ordered it. It’s clear that he cares about doing a good job and making customers feel welcome. Employees like him make a big difference in the overall experience. Overall, Matthew provided outstanding service, and he is a big reason I would come back to Chi Shack again. Definitely a five-star experience!

Absolutely loved the experience here. The food exceeded expectations, especially the burger, which easily ranks among the finest I have tried. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared, and the team provided warm and attentive service from start to finish.

Food was good not the best burger and fries I ever had but a solid 4 out of 5. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection , definitely a solid burger. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is popular amongst the H.S students across the street. Staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and food came out in a timely manner. Also this place has a really good dessert menu specializing in donuts so it's definitely worth checking out. I will definitely be back in the future to try out the rest of the menu.

We’ve been here a billion times and more than anything they are so consistent! The workers are so sweet and helpful and the food is always so delicious and fresh! We went once and were hooked! All your chicago favorites and some! Their donuts are to die for! Come and see for yourself!! We are customers for life! ✨🤩

This spot has quickly become a favorite of mine. The food always tastes wonderful, and the staff consistently treats guests with kindness and care. I stop in often for the sweet bread, especially the conchitas, which are always fresh and delicious every single day. It is a pleasure to return again and again for such a welcoming and high quality experience.
