Chi Chi’s

I had the best experience at Chi Chi’s in Harrington Park, NJ! I ordered the garlic chili fajitas and the chicken cilantro burritos, and both dishes were outstanding. The chicken was incredibly flavorful and juicy—I was honestly taken back by how good it was. Having enjoyed authentic Mexican food in both NYC and California, I can say this place ranks just as good, if not better. The staff was very attentive, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the restaurant was spotless. Pricing was also very fair for the quality of food and service. I’ll definitely be coming back soon—highly recommend!

Went with my husband to Harrington Park’s new Mexican restaurant, Chi Chi’s, and it was fantastic! I had the birria tacos and the taco salad, both were outstanding. The flavor of the tacos far exceeded my expectations. The staff recommended them since I wasn’t sure what to order, and I’m so glad I listened , they couldn’t have made a better suggestion.The restaurant is clean, the prices are fair, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I’m so happy this place opened up, and it’s definitely my new go-to spot for Mexican food.

Fajitas served on a bed of yellow rice covered in what can only be the marinara sauce from the adjacent Italian restaurant that they share a kitchen with. Not even trying to hide it, the place still has a pass-thru in the middle of the room from when it was all just “Augie’s Trattoria”. Chicken was bone dry and wholly unseasoned. Tortillas were tough and wildly chewy. Bizarre operation going on in there, just gotta be honest.

The food was delicious, tasty and fresh. I had the steak, Al pastor and shrimp taco and all 3 were very good. My husband had the shrimp fajitas and they were also very flavorful and fresh . Definitely a great addition to the area.

Chi Chi’s is a brand new neighborhood Mexican Restaurant. The decor is so fresh and fun! The menu has something for everyone and the food is delicious!! Additionally, it is a BYOB so feel free to bring your own favorite spirits!! This brand new place is a must try!! Vamanos!!!!
