Stopped by to try Haitian food and beer for the first time! The owner was really kind and helped us with suggestions. Griot was great, rice and beans were great, and my husband really enjoyed the spicy pikliz. It was fun watching the music videos behind the bar while we had our drinks and food too. We definitely plan to return again! Messi! ☺️

The food can be eaten it’s ight but the price and size it’s ridiculous I live in Boston and wherever I got a fritay cabrit in Somerville or top griot they give u a lot of food for $20 or 25 very tasty and good so I decided to try elsewhere when I saw chez Elle and I was close I got a fritay cabrit and charged me $32 for it which I wouldn’t mind usually but I was expecting a normal portion but not only 2 of each I received for $32 and don’t get me started on their $50 snapper 😂 like bye but the staff were nice but all I’m saying if u gon charge more than everyone else for a Fritay may as well give your customers enough food that worth the price it’s literally wack. And u need to properly clean the meant☹️

Im happy to see many Haitian restaurants opening up on the southshore. That being said, I ordered a small to go plate: chicken in sauce with black rice. It cost about $18. I received one piece of chicken and a small amount of sauce. I received rice and beans instead of the black rice. I was told they dont usually give the black rice with the small plates. FYI they put shrimp in the rice so if you're allergic, might not be a good choice. Overall the flavors were okay. I prefer other places I've gone to due to price and amount food given. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is parking in front of the restaurant. It's in a small plaza. I didn't wait long for my food. They hold events on Saturday nights. I haven't gone to one but I was told they do.

I grew up trying Haitian food from all my friends’ mothers. So I have very high standards. Yet this restaurant has fresh flavorful food. Best goat I’ve had ever, even considering other places, even other cuisines. Top tier flavor and freshness. Great portions and prices as well. Such a lovely venue! And the people are fabulous, warm, friendly, and good people. I was very very pleased! The food and atmosphere here is very special!

I paid almost $20 for a plate of griot and this is what I got. That’s not even a whole griot!!! I’m all set with this place.
