DO NOT ENTER Be prepared to pay slope-side prices for truck stop food. I can't quite wrap my head around the offense I felt at being served the following: 1. Caesar salad - old lettuce stalks, cheap store croutons, really poor presentation with minimal prep. The stalks weren't separated. Just big chunks of white stalk. Green parts were wilted and tasteless. It was inedible. I overheard the table next to us draw the same conclusion. 2. Pappardelle with mushrooms and grilled chicken - sauce was good but clearly too tasty to have been prepared onsite, probably shipped to restaurant in a bag. Chicken was cold and pre-prepped. Garlic bread was clearly from a freezer and hard, not tasty. 3. The server was actively indifferent to who ordered what and where to place drinks or plates. This was

We came to this spot the first time, it was right before the closing time, but still were able to get a table. The personnel even stopped cleaning the restaurant. The employees here are attentive and friendly. Both times we visited the food was brought very quickly, and it was pretty good. We liked the stew in particular. The trout was also really good and very well-prepared. The beet salad was nice, and had delicious dressing. We enjoyed the experience here.

The food and service were excellent! We had the waffle chicken sandwich and the roasted chicken sandwich and both were excellent. The prices are around $20-$30 per meal, very reasonable. While our food took a while to get to us it was understandable due to the ratio of staff to customers, our waiter was amazing! For breakfast they have an amazing selection of breakfast food (hot and cold) including southern favorites like shrimp and grits! Overall an excellent venue!

Avoid this place - the service is not good. We had an early reservation so the restaurant was almost empty which makes you think the odds of the service being good would be pretty high. It was not. For example, we had been skiing all day and we were parched. We were served small glasses of water which we instantly drained, but they were not refilled. We finally asked for a pitcher of water since none of wait staff was coming to the table. The food took a loooong time which was surprising considering the place was mostly empty. Our server asked if everything was good when she served our meals and I made one small request. She forgot. Terrible value - decent food but high price and bad service. $65/ person for our party of 6 and we did not order multiple drinks.

Dined in during our weekend in Big Sky. Chet's Bar and Grill was an easy option since we were staying at Huntley Lodge. Just keep in mind that it's not going to be the most affordable option in the area. We were in town celebrating my husband's birthday so we weren't as conscience about the hefty price tags as we would normally be. The restaurant is nice without being overly fancy. There were some people who were dressed up a bit and others sporting their comfy sweats. Our server for the night was Aspen and she was very sweet and attentive. Now let's talk food. The mac and cheese was good but way too much to spend on a small dish if you ask me. Nothing over the top about it unless you consider gruyere and truffle bread crumbs worth $19. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty, just not worth s
