Cheshire Public Library

It is literally like our second home! Everyone is super welcoming, great kids section, the librarians are very knowledgeable and the space is always decorated for holidays and events. They also have excellent children's programming, much better than most larger libraries in the area. Had a fantastic New Years Ball drop for kids at noon, they are absolutely amazing.

Amazing Library with very accommodating hours. When in town to visit grandkids, we drop in frequently. I must confess, I was very disappointed to learn there is a soda vending machine in the teen room. So unnecessary to fuel growing kids with sugar and caffeine.

Pretty awesome place~! I needed to get out of the house but also have the ability to work with a few calls and really didn't want to drive to the office. It is right next to everything: gas station, pizza, grocery you name it. A great place to stop off and get work done if you are traveling!! Also, the highway is down the way! very close and great for travelers! Please stop in!!! :) I am happy to have found this place ! so quiet but just perfect for privacy!

Cheshire Public Library had a two day pop-up sale on Friday 6/14 and Saturday 6/15/24. There were many books (hard and softcover), books on CDs' and other items on sale. Everything was organized and priced accordingly. I had purchased 1 hardcover book 'After The Fire.' A True Story of Friendship and Survival by Robin Gaby Fisher and John Gresham 'The Confession' books on CD. Both items were $3. each. The library staffing was helpful.
