Cherry Ice Cream

We drove 2 hours from Asheville just to come to Cherry Colombian in Charlotte, and it was absolutely worth it! We came to celebrate International Women’s Day, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. I really wanted to try their Fruit salad. 10/10. Totally took me to a Sunday at the ciclovia in Bogota. The owner is very kind, and her team works fast and is very attentive. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel very welcome. We especially wanted our daughter to try Colombian deserts, it was honestly hard to choose with so many delicious options on the menu. In the end we ordered 3 deserts an oblea, a fruit salad, and a brownie with ice cream. We especially loved the Nucita ice cream and the Milo ice cream. Now we’re excited to come back and try all the other traditional flavors

Today we visited for the first time, and we are happy to see our Latino community building businesses and growing. The place has great potential, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. There was little interest in the customer experience: no suggestions, no explanations, and everything felt rushed. The girl at the counter seemed more eager to go inside to talk with a friend, leaving the front completely unattended and losing contact with the customers, rather than making us feel welcomed. Regarding the food, the cream could definitely be improved, and the ice cream serving was only half a scoop, which felt careless, especially since we were the only customers at the time. I traveled several hours just to buy the desserts I had enjoyed so much on a previous occasion, but the service was terrible. I was annoyed that when I asked for them to go, I requested that they separate the fruit or substitute it with something else, and the girl, Sara, simply said, "I can't." Anyway, I bought them anyway, but the presentation was different from what they advertised; there was more cream than fruit. What a disappointment. They've gotten much worse.

Great, unique place, with different types of ice cream concoctions, they serve tropical flavor Gelato, mixed with fruits and other original things. Very highly recommended

Sooooo cool I walked in here!🥰🥰🥰! I bought an authentic fruit salad topped with cheese and rum raisin ice cream 🤯👍👌❤️. Fruits were fresh and the cheese made the flavors burst! I also bought an oblea and it was delicious!! The Colombian lady in the front was super nice and made everything with care. Happy customer alert!
