Chely's Pizza

"Chely's Pizza offers great service with fast delivery and friendly staff. The person who took my order over the phone was very polite and professional, which made the ordering process a pleasant experience. The delivery was quick, arriving sooner than expected, which was impressive. However, the pizza itself didn’t meet my expectations. I ordered a half cheese, half sausage pizza, and while the ingredients were fresh, the overall flavor was lacking. The dough was far too chewy, which made it difficult to enjoy, and both the cheese and sausage were underwhelming in terms of taste. It seemed like the pizza could benefit from more seasoning or a better balance of flavors. While the service was top-notch, the pizza quality needs improvement. There’s potential here, but I’d love to see more

I'm very soprised it's a low-key place by that i mean this is the first time i try it so not exactly global but they really should be the pizza is delicious and the service not that many places treat you the way they did the pizza is legit beautiful I've got nothing bad to say even if i tried the pizza was ready when they said it would(Wich is great i hate cold food) ..... Pretty good food and decently priced . My go to place now. They actually have food standards and know what to expect when i order. The best part are the deals. Good gyros too and the chicken sandwich is good. One year update: Calzones are 🔥🔥 the pizza still has high standards always know what to expect. The deals are still really good and customer service is friendly. Have had no bad experience unlike the other pizza joint around. Can't wait to try out everything.

This place use to be good when it came to service. The past two times I’ve ordered through uber eats the store has been charging me extra after I place the order. This time I got a large pepperoni pizza which was $14.95 and they charged me $5 more because it was a large and $3.50 because it had pepperoni. That was fine. Then afterwards when I placed the order they charged me $6.34 for “special requests”. They did this last time when I ordered too even though I didn’t place or ask for any special requests. I understand times are tough with inflation but if they need to higher the prices they should do so through the menu and not putting them in as special requests after placing the order. If I were you go elsewhere where they won’t charge you extra for no reason. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ordered slices specifically told the guy taking the order 4 pepperoni & 1 sausage slice right. BUT SINCE HE WAS LISTENING TO IDK WHAT AND DIDNT PAY ATTENTION TO US. BECAUSE THE FACE HE MADE WHEN WE WALKED IN. As in tired of work or something. So he didn't pack my order correct. Then when we told him to give the $5 deal slice with soda. And we tell him again it was 4 & 1. He tells us that I was the one not paying attention and we needed to be on the same page. Once he gets the order right he says ok now we're on the same page. Smh. Not really great customer service at all. Need to focus on the customer and not what he is watching or listening to. I'd rather just stick to the chelys on 35th.
