I like to go here a few times a month for the absolute tastiest omelette. I personally get the Florentine and I love it so much I rarely try anything else. It comes with hash browns and toast of your choice and is honestly the best omelette I've had anywhere. The Omelette is "overstuffed" and not dry. Not to mention if you love hot sauce with your omelette they have the best, Roadkill Roys... But this is so good it doesn't need anything. Chef Shells can get pretty busy, but there is usually a table available. They have a very large assortment of fresh made donuts, delicious coffee and many soups, salads and sandwiches. Absolutely love this place and intend to go back when I can. The donuts are freshly made and are absolutely beautiful when eaten. If I could marry a restaurant, I wouldn't even ask this one to sign a prenup. Thank you, Chef Shell's. You have made my life, which was once a complete dumpster fire, into slightly less of one. I love you.

Person who took my order on the phone was fine. Getting there, everyone just acted too busy to care. I ordered French Onion soup and a Monte Cristo with onion rings. Now the soup, delicious (a little oily, but no big deal). The Monte Cristo MIGHT have been ok if there was any syrup and/or jam included, but there was not. It was very dry and not even dusted with powdered sugar...no sweetness at ALL. The onion rrings? Avoid those for sure. Overall, I was pretty disappointed. I'm not from the area, but have work that brings me here from time to time. I will not visit again.

Greatest place on earth! The service is phenomenal the food is phenomenal and let me tell you their specials never disappoint! Today I had their strawberry banana waffles and let me tell ya they definitely proved they are all the hype
