Chef Ami Meal Kits

My first box is great so far! I love trying new things and as a single person and trained chef, but no longer in the business, the serving sizes are not too large. Not many leftovers, which is preferable, as to not waste food. As an added bonus...they recycle and deliver to my door! Huge in my book! Thank You and Keep up the great work! Looking forward to many more delicious and easy to make meals!

I just started Chef Ami, and I'm really pleased with it. Previously I've done the commercial dinner deliveries, Hello Fresh being the most recent. I prefer Chef Ami because it's a local business, and they're really focused on minimizing waste & reusing items like boxes and ice packs. The most important thing, though, is the food is super fresh and delicious! I'm really enjoying being able to cook meals that are as beautiful as they are tasty, without the stress of meal planning & shopping.

I have never felt more valued as a customer than Chef Ami. Our box was delivered with a balloon and instructions about the service. The food was fresh, the instructions were easy to read, the ingredients were included, including how to arrange it on the plate. My wife and I have started to make two nights a week the night that we cook together and eat together. This meal program makes it so easy to do that. The photo included is our first meal.

I just made the blackened mahi mahi tacos with peach salsa and let me tell you it was AMAZING. Quality ingredients and easy to follow instructions, I also love how creative the recipes are. I 100% will be cooking more Chef Ami meals in the near future. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

I’ve used different commercial meal kit plans for years, and this one is top notch. I’m stoked on the quality and freshness of the food. I love that I’m supporting a local business. I appreciate that they pick up the box, materials, and ice packs from the previous week with your delivery so that you’re not stuck with 7,000 ice packs you don’t know what to do with. I appreciate that it’s super eco friendly - even the recipe cards are smaller and less material. Big fan!
