Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

The food was fantastic, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was our server. He was knowledgeable about the menu, incredibly attentive, and made sure we never needed a thing. His energy and professionalism elevated the entire meal. The dishes were delicious on their own, but the service took it to another level. Do yourself a favor—stop in, enjoy the food, and hope you’re lucky enough to be seated in his section.

It took a little while for the host to seat me for lunch on a Wednesday, but the food turned out to be well-cooked, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff did their best to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, it’s a place worth coming back to.

I've only ever tried the Cheddars location in Clearwater, FL so when I saw this on vacation, we decided to give it a whirl. When entering, the decor is pretty much the same. After sitting, the waitress who was very nice took our order. I will say the location in Clearwater brings you complimentary butter croissants. This place did not. The wife and I both ordered cheeseburgers and mixed drinks. Food was classic Cheddars. Very good, above average bar food. Never a complaint with the food or drinks. I know what I'm getting when I go to a Cheddars. Definitely worth a visit.

Everything was great here. However I took my mother in law out and she said the beans and rice was way too salty for her taste. The swirl drinks my husband and I got where not swirled. Felt like most of it was placed at the bottom. Overall a ok place to stop.

I ordered potato soup...very salty. So salty, I only took 3 bites. My daughter ordered the philly, she said it was salty, too! It would have been better if they would have stuck the philly under the broiler for a few minutes to melt the cheese, we waited forever for our food anyway, a couple of more minutes wouldn't have hurt.
