Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

It's a wonderful place of flavors and service. The breading on the fish was crispy, flaky, and flavorful - so good! The chicken pot pie was SO full of chicken that it may as well have e been a full chicken. And the pain killer drink was very smooth and strong! Very reasonable prices too! Highly recommend!

Valentines dinner we choose Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. We are Senior Citizens. Our total bill was $77 for 2 people. Both my Wife and I ordered appetizers, steaks, with sides and salads. The main course came to the table, and we had not got our salads yet. We had to ask for bread. My ice tea did not get any refill. I thought bread came with the meal. The Waitress ask us to go ahead and pay at the table, and we were not done with our meal. The food was excellent. But this visit was not worth $77 dollars. We don't go out to much. We probably won't be visiting your restaurant in Florence Ky again.

I never had Cheddar’s so this was my first time. I’m a trucker. So, I caught a uber to this location. I walked in for a to go order and was directed towards the bar. I sat at the bar and waited about 7-10 minutes for a server when there were plenty of servers standing around talking about another server. Another customer joked about it happening to him, which should have been my reason to leave. My order was taken and the food was out within 4-5 minutes. I did not check the food until I got back to the truck (my fault) but the food wasn’t seasoned, it was kind of oily, and the shrimp were not cooked all the way. They were squishy and had little to no taste.

My family went Sunday night and it was one of the best experiences that I've had at a restaurant in a long time. I mean, everything from the food to the service to atmosphere was wonderful! The menu has something for every dietary need you have and the prices were extremely reasonable, especially for this day and age. The burgers and sandwiches come with a side and the entrees come with two sides, plus the portion sizes won't leave you still feeling hungry. We were all happy with our food. It all was hot and fresh and came out promptly. My husband and son got the ribs, and being a fan of ribs, my husband gave them a thumbs up and said they were very good. My son agreed! • Smelled good walking up • Bit of a sewer smell inside • Water is awful, even with lemon • Bread for the table was amazing! • Salmon had no flavor • Fries were not crispy: kind of stale, weren’t served warm but salted well • Solid steak: a little under seasoned and dry but cooked well and pretty decent for the price, money band (cap) was perfect • Carrot cake was fire!! • Everything else was very good, especially the red beans and rice • Wyatt dialed it in for us!
