Really bad experience, this time coming to Cheddars, we got sited, and we waited for about 20 minutes until our orders were taken and there were very few customers for them to take that long. Well, when they took our order, we decided to get the grilled salmon. When the order arrived, our salmon tasted weird and looked pale, really different from the other times we have order from them, when we told the waiter that we found the food different and would like it more cooked he took are plates and came back telling us that they look like that because they put the salmon in the oven instead of grilling it and they could not do much, so we had to take out salmon home to grill it. I mean they could just told us that they could not grill it instead of serving us something we did not ask for we wa

Been to this location 3 times.. once the food was horrible. My salsa was red water. It was gross. They gave me a new one but like no one noticed as it waa served? As it was splashing back and forth when being brought to my table? The other times the food was decent. I prefer the McAllen location even Harlingen one

Went to Cheddars on 12/05 for my daughters 18th birthday our wait time was a bit long since we were a party of 15. I do want to thank manger Alyssa for making sure once we were seated we were comfortable and for her patience 😅 (since we getting a little hangry) (iykyk 😂) Pedro (our server) was exceptional from the start making us feel very welcoming and for being very patient with us it was one guy against 15 hungry 🤣 people lol. Nonetheless it was a memorable night for us and I’m sure for them too. Thank you both for the exceptional customer service!!! It was my first time there will definitely be returning

Jennifer was our server. Very nice and attentive. The food was great. I had the chicken Dijon. Yummy. They give free butter croissants.

Google does not allow a second review, so this is an updated review. Still way too loud for a regular night a conversation. I recommend going in off peak times. The kitchen had an issue on this second visit, but management corrected that. Elyssa's smile could diffuse any problems. Carrot cake helping is huge and was fresh with plenty of pecans.
