Checkers

The service i received 11-21-2025 @ 11pm was terrible asked for no cheese and both of my sandwiches had cheese after the guy at the window said it wasn't on there. No extra pickles as requested the fries weren't dried of their grease. It will be my last time eating at this location.

I placed an order with door dash from this checkers and for the second time received food not as it was described and not in a "oh it looked better in the picture way" in a why does this have stuff that was not even mentioned in the description, Like my order was a suggestion, I asked for a plain hotdog and got a chili dog with onions, asked for a baconzilla and just got two patties with lettuce tomato and onions with no bacon for some reason and the got the garlic swiss clucker but instead received a chicken sandwich with bacon lettuce and onions, everything seemed like they completely disregarded what I asked for and gave me what they felt like would be fun when trying to place a call to the shop to discuss this issue I couldn't even leave a voicemail, but at least they got my chicken bi

When they first opened they use to be so nice. I don’t who’s doing the hiring but these are some rude people. Went through the drive thru at 1:00am even though they close at 2:00am I overheard the guy on the intercom complain how people keep coming. Guess he forgot to turn his mic off. Why would I want somebody serving me food who clearly doesn’t want to. Anyways I left I might return during day time hours.

Placed an online order for two 5 piece wings, a medium French fry and an order of funnel cake fries. Got home and the fries were missing from my bag. What's crazy is the green receipt taped on the bag shows the 4 items that should have been in my bag. I tried to call the store to speak to the manager but of course, the phone number listed online is out of service. Smh. It's 12:20am....I'm not going back out in the streets tonight, but imagine how irritated I am right about now!!!! 😔

I wish I could put zero I waited in line last night 5/31/2025 on a mobile order for 1 hour 3 different people came to the window to ask what’s the name for the order finally the manager was the last 1 to come to the window opened it and looked at us and said I CANT READ MINDS like we were supposed to know a 4th person wanted to know what’s the order name 🙄 1 hour later food came out missing apple pies had to go back up to walk up window to request those….. got home and had raw pink burgers headed to emergency room now because my children that ate those burgers are not feeling to well
