Y’all need to do something about the lady with a stank attitude that often works late at night. She talks to customers ANY type of way and that’s a doggone shame. I’d hate to stop going here just because of one lady’s attitude. I don’t know her name but she was the only one working when I ordered at about 10pm tonight (3/2/26). I just got off work and was trying to get a bite to eat but she damn near ruined my night with how she was talking. She’s said some slick stuff to me in the past over the intercom but she was bold enough to try that at the window tonight.

You need to do away with the automated/robot ordering system at the drive thru. For multiple reasons. One it's very annoying, to the point I almost just drove off and went somewhere else. 2 other people did drive off because of it while I waited on my food. The other reason is it trains your employees to not interact with customers. When I got to the window the only thing she said was the dollar amount and when the food was done she just shoved her arm out of the window. Not a thank you or anything. It makes your entire customer service garbage. After having horrible service the food was not even worth eating. Burger was cold and dry and the chicken sandwich was just okay. If I come back here, I will drive off if I get to the order board and you still have a computer taking the orders!

The people there were fantastic, but you can only order from the ai assistant at the drive through. The food was greasy but fresh.

slow service and the fries taste like old grease like they bever cleaned the fryers. and theres one lady i watched her drop someones food bag in the trash picked it up out the trash can and still sent it out after having on the counter. so disgusting health hazzard

It seems y'all have made the old small fry size the new medium; the old medium fry size the new large. That's a rip off. Y'all could at least FILL THE CONTAINER FULL OF FRIES. I've never received a full container!!
