Incredibly slow! 10pm (far from peak time) and my order is more than 10 minutes late and still waiting) even though the app has shown "ready for pickup" for 5 minute. People are waiting in line 10 minutes just to be acknowledged by someone so they can place an order. I can't imagine how slow this place is at peak lunch or dinner times! 20 minutes late and they couldn't even get the order right. The All-American cheeseburger isn't supposed to have mayo on it but for some reason this one does. If these are the buffalo chicken strips they definitely don't look like the picture in the app.

Waited in the drive through for 1 whole hour with only 2 cars in front of me only ordered 2 slushies, 2 chicken sandwiches with cheese & some hot wings after the hour we finally get to the window. I use Apple Pay so I can tap to pay the worker takes my phone to tap she then looks confused calling other workers the drive through window door closed with her still having my phone for 5 full minutes she proceeded to try to tap & tell me I need to reactivate it again so she can tap it so my order can be paid. After the payment goes through they asked us to wait by the door for them the bring the food & drinks out took them an additional 25 mins to do that this is BEYOND the SLOWEST RESTAURANT I’ve ever experienced in my life restaurant like this will not last long based on the quality and the e

Bad enough all the checkers are closing, this location has the audacity to not have a scanner. Checkers food is below MID let's be honest. The fries are the only item worth eating. Close down man!!!! Matter fact let me get ICE on the case.

Extremely disappointed. I asked the cashier in drive thru if there was bacon on the garlic Parmesan fries as I didn’t want bacon (my daughter doesn’t eat pork). He said there wasn’t any on them. Well…. there was definitely bacon on them. $5 wasted as I wasn’t going back once I noticed.

This location is absolutely unacceptable. The restaurant is filthy dirty tables everywhere, floors that clearly haven’t been cleaned, and a general feeling that no one cares about hygiene. The employees are unprofessional and incredibly rude, acting as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason they have a job. The food quality is just as bad: sandwiches aren’t even closed properly, and they’re practically tossed at you with zero care, like you’re not even human. I will never come back to this location and strongly suggest others avoid it.
