Ordered online and still had to wait 10mins pass the time the app said it would be ready. Walked up to the window to pick it up 1 person was sweeping and the other's were all on their phones the girl said we are working on it right now then 10+minutes later I get my food. No "Sorry about the wait" or anything just "Here you go" Don't think I'll be coming back!

I love the food when they can actually make the meal the way you ordered it. Today was the 3rd time so I felt the need to say something! Also 26 minute wait for the wrong meals to be compensated a apple pie for the wait is pathetic!

there rude ash at this location, don’t listen to a word you say then get nasty with you for them being unable to listen and when I said “jus take the this off” they had me sitting here for 4 more minutes trying to ask if I wanted to remove other stuff. just do what I suggested and I would leave already. there’s about 4 other places just as close with way better people and food

Checkers was my favorite place for years. But in past 3 months on multiple occasions they messed my order missing something or incorrect . The worst part is that guy JAY introducing him self as manager is rude, mean geto man . Sorry you lost long time customer. I will not feel sorry if they close this location as they did Rock Island

Had to wait 12 1/2 minutes for my order. They told me to go wait in the parking lot and around 10 minutes I drove back through to the window and asked about my food. The lady was exceptionally rude and I will never come here again. Too many other fast food places with better food and quality service
