Checkers

I orderd 2 double mushroom and swiss burgers and a regular plain hamburger. The 2 mushroom swiss burger were $8.38. The hamburger, she charged me for a cheeseburger and argued with me and said it was plain. Why would a plain hamburger be more than two preimium burgers? I still have the burger to return, it wasn't for me. But I won't be going back, I really used to like this place, but not lately, its been hit or miss. 10.30.25 - I replied to the owners response and never heard back. Needless to say, I can get a burger anywhere, but it won't be here.

Absolutely skip this one especially if you are going up to the walk up window instead of using the drive through. The food I and my party got was not up to the typical Checkers quality. On top of this the service was horrendous. My order came out before the people who ordered before me which is weird. But the rest of my group? We waited and waited. I had finished my food and went back up, they said they forgot what the rest of my group ordered. Then, the additional order I put in came out before theirs which they had ordered at least 20 minutes ago. On top of that their order came out wrong and I had to go back up to the window to get it resolved. Have I had worse experiences? Yes. However this is the worst checkers experience I have had.

Where do I even begin, me and my friend were hungry looking for quick eats around the Greenbelt area. We saw a checkers location on Greenbelt road that was still open late and had a drive through which was packed mind you. So we decided to go check it out, come to find out we had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through just for big Buford to process our order. In the mean time some gentleman not so kindly asked us to move our car because he suddenly wanted to leave the drive through line which caused a bunch of confusion and traffic. Finally atter being overcharged for our original order we received the food and headed back home. Upon getting home and opening our food it did not have a pleasant appearance. The taste wasn’t much different either, my friend described it as “genuine roadkill

Haven't been to checkers in a couple of years, then I come to this one, they got the order wrong and the guy at the drive-thru forgot to place my small fries in the bag. I now know why it is important to CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU PULL OFF!

Very disappointed after not coming here for a few months and I get a burger that was not cooked all the way through. Had one bite and that’s when I saw how pink it was. I should have known by the temperature of the burger it wasn’t hot and freshly made. Only gave it two stars because the fries was ok. Paying over $10 for a meal to only eat the fries.
