UPDATE! Covid Testing has CHANGED. M/W/F is self test only days between 8:30am and 10:30am. You sit in the car and they give you a box with online instructions and you swab yourself. They do not do it. They mail off the kit and you get text results. I asked the girl if there is a larger margin for result error and she said yes. My wife did the test and it has a bunch of steps and I felt nervous because what if she did it wrong? Tuesday and Thursday are the only days that have a nurse test you and they process it for you via drive through around back. 8:30am-10:30am. I’m frustrated by this system because it is too limited a time, and people NEED testing. As the virus morphs and changes, people need proper Covid testing and quick results more now than ever. I know it’s not the workers fault

I thought they ALL DID A GREAT JOB in giving the Covid-19 shot!! Very efficient!! You do have to wait in line, in your car. It's like a drive thru 1 or 2 cars at a time. I might take a few minutes!! But You can bring a book or a newspaper or whatever to make it not so boring!! 😁

This facility is VERY clean, their staff is exceptional, and they are rarely crowded so the wait is never too bad. I feel so comfortable with the doctors and nurses here that I was actually upset that I had to get insurance and was no longer eligible for their services. Don't let the "health department" stigma deter you, this is one of the most professional and efficient medical practices I have ever visited.

If there was an option for 0 stars i would choose that. My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes and needs insulin to get it stable until he can manage it. I informed the Doctor last week that my husband only had 1 day left of insulin (last tuesday) it is now Tuesday exactly 1 week since i told her. I can't get ahold of her and my husband has been without insulin for 6 days. I have called numerous times with no call back. It seems as though my husband's health is of no concern to them which infuriates me considering he needs that medication to keep his blood sugar down. Before insulin his blood sugar was running dangerously high which is why he absolutely needs his insulin and everytime i call she is "not" there. 0/10 recommend

Beware of your lab results!! I had my TSH levels checked (I have no thyroid), while there doctor also had more blood drawn to test for Vitamin D, etc. Well I got the results back on TSH, and I think I was given SOMEONE else’s results because I’ve never had my medicine be so low in mcg’s in 16 YEARS. When I asked about the results on the other tests doctor ordered I was told they didn’t come back and they probably wouldn’t either, which she said “that is NOT uncommon”. OMG! What are doing at the Health Dept.? Who are they sending labs to? Months later when I ran out of thyroid medicine I got an appt. with a REAL doctor and my TSH levels were REALLY LOW - imagine that. If you can afford to go elsewhere I would highly recommend you doing so.
