I have been ordering from Chatanooga for YEARS and happen to love their food but their owners are some of the worst business owners I have encountered. Tonight, they crossed the line. I placed an order for pickup and came home to find 2 of the items were incorrect, so I called to let them know. The owner was extremely rude and made it seem like I placed the order wrong and he heard correctly. He then proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back and said did you hang up on me? He said it got disconnected…. He then proceeded to tell me there is nothing he can offer me. I told him I order from them a few times a month and his response was I don’t care if you order from us every day. I am shook by the level on unprofessionalism.

Really delicious , the cherry rice and orange rice are the bomb. Portions are large Atmosphere is a little old fashioned. But then again I'm going for the food not to live there, lol. Service was great. Price is ok.

Great place , very friendly service , was my husband birthday and we were told , my husband was going to get a slice of cake , twice by the Chef , but my husband didn't unfortunately. I recommend their orange rice , hummus , eggplant dip and bread . Very Kind people, Delicious food :)

Small cold place. Walked in. Totally ignored. Stood there for a few minutes till I guess the manager/owner disinterestedly condescended to walk a couple of steps towards me and seat me. Food OK... as expected. Service sub-par
