Me and my friends finally found a day that matches all our day offs and off we went to Chasin' Tails who has been non-stop popping on my feeds and being the foodie that me and my friends are, then off we go. Parking -- There's a parking garage that is less than a block away, it supposed to be paid parking but we didn't see any gate at all so I guess it's free or maybe until they install a gate or something. Ambiance -- On my social feed, the place looks big but when we went inside, it's not as we expected but it's still cool. They still have the Chinese New Year game promo running. Food -- After carefully evaluating, we decided to get the premium and it was a lot already, really a lot but we didn't reached gluttony level, we only ordered what we can finish. To start it off, we ordered

Ritchie our waiter was the star of the show! He was amazing! Made the experience wonderful! The food was good but I feel like the place is just extremely overpriced. For the AYCE for me and my boyfriend it came up to a little over $400. Not to mention the 20% they add to the bill automatically which doesn’t even go to the servers but they split it with the kitchen and others working there. I think that is crazy like why am I paying the kitchen who makes a hourly wage to do their job? The 20% should go to the servers! The menu mentions food waste yet all the food items thats left on the table u paid for that u are not able to eat you’re not allowed to take home with you! Thats crazy. I literally paid for everything on this table thats left over now you’re saying I Cant take what I paid for

My first time here and the food was delicious. The garlic noodles( OMG!!! Soo delicious). The service was slow. Our waitress was really slow and I had to end up getting some utensils for me. One of the ladies asked if she could pack our left overs but at the time we were not ready and when we asked our waitress she said we would have to do it ourselves. I did not like the conflicting info. Also we asked our waitress on the spice level because I can’t do spicy she said medium was good and it was not it was spicy so we had to send our food back.

I have been wanting to come here for so long now and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I am just mad as hell I didn't come sooner! Hubby and I opted for the AYCE royalty tier. Came with gold utensils and bucket.. like WOW! The seafood was so damn good with the oh dang spicy sauce. Our waiter, Charles, suggested we try lemon garlic... Holy.Crap.Yummy. serious game changer with flavor. Speaking of Charles, huge shout out for making our first visit memorable. His service was outstanding!! All other dishes we tried were just as delicious. Obviously it is expensive but well worth it with all the options you get with AYCE. Make sure you're hungry. Thank you Chasin Tails for such an amazing meal and experience. See you soon.

I won't lie we absolutely tore up that food! The service was amazing, very attentive and kind and our waiter was willing to answer questions about the all you can eat menu. The sauces in the pots were amazing! I know people recommend the "Oh Dang!" But I have to say I think the lemon garlic one is secretly the better pic. It was extremely flavorful. Now with all that said I do think the shrimp I ordered was sadly overcooked and since they give you so much of it, it kind of slightly ruined the experience for me. Also the first pot I ordered was more warm than hot which also dampened the flavor. It was good don't get me wrong but for the price I wanted it to be great. The crawfish in the lemon garlic sauce in my second pot however was hot and delicious and not overcooked, so they won me ba
