Charred Oak Grill

Was passing through Somerset and stopped here with my family because of the reviews. This place was fantastic! We showed up on a Saturday night and it was busy, but not overwhelming. The hostesses, bartenders, and wait staff were all incredibly nice and the service was great. We had about an hour wait because there are 6 of us. Normally we'd go find somewhere else to eat with four hungry kids, but my wife and I knew we wanted to try the food. While we waited there were video games in the back for our kids, and one waitress even came over and gave them some free quarters - which was a nice surprise. The onion rings are huge and delicious. I had the smothered chicken and it was also delicious. My wife had the nachos and loved them. All of my kids cleared their plates. The bar selection is gr

First visit. Absolutely delicious. Pricing is fair. Service 5 star. Great atmosphere. Plenty of seating. Large drink menu. Mahi superb. One of the best burgers I have eaten. House chicken nachos excellent. Parking is limited but plenty across the street. Will return!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Wow. This was so good! My wife ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger and I had the Ribeye. Both were excellent, my steak was as good or better than any $100/plate restaurant I’ve ever tried. Our server Chris was great. This was an excellent experience. We will be back!

This adorable dining experience with an inviting atmosphere is something to check off of the list! Incredible service and food for reasonable prices! Amazing customer service!

First time here was good. The atmosphere is very inviting and it is pretty spacious. They have most bourbons imaginable and the bar is huge. Lot of drink specials also. We enjoyed the food, the nachos are great and the burgers are very good. Make sure to order the onion rings. Service was a bit slow for a Monday but that’s alright. We will come back
