Charley's Restaurant and Catering

After several years of living in Lynchburg, we finally made it to Charley’s for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. As soon as I walked in, I had to use the restroom—and I was very glad to find it clean. That immediately gave me a good first impression. I strongly believe restaurants should prioritize cleanliness, including tables, floors, and restrooms. No matter how good the food is, it won’t matter if the place isn’t clean. Our server (I wish I remembered her name) was very nice, attentive, and friendly. Great service always adds to a positive dining experience. Honestly, I would have given the restaurant 3½ stars if not for her—she truly made a difference. Nice, family owned restaurant. We had wanted a good salad, and we found several here! We were very happy we drove a few miles off campus to find this great place. Service was wonderful, and we felt right at home. The meals were large, and we left happy. I would recommend the drive for a great restaurant!

The food was good, I had got the burger and it was Delicious. My server Victoria was so attentive, funny, and nice. She got all out order right and gave great recommendations. The atmosphere was very calm and the views were nice. The ice cream brownie dessert was good. Their no picture of my burger because it was gone before I take a picture. I would come here again.

Here for my 50th class reunion, atmosphere casual, food was ok, nothing to write home about, had a great time with my class mates

Amazing experience the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Hands down 10/10!
