Charleys Cheesesteaks & Wings

I am a big fan of cheesesteaks! I really liked Charlie’s When I went to Arundel Mills mall. I was so happy they opened close by. Very clean, very attentive staff and very hot food right off the grill. I’ve gone back three times in the last couple weeks that they’ve opened. Glad to have them just five minutes away.

Place was very clean and staff was nice. The food was just ok, nothing special. The subs had a good roll but they were slacking on the toppings. There wasn’t a lot of mayonnaise or cheese and the tomatoes were cut too thick. The boneless wings were dry and no flavor. Fries were good.

Apparently when ordering a meal online your sandwich has to have 10 ingredients. So even though I am allergic to something it has to stay on my sandwich 🤔 Have no idea what the food taste like but sacred to find out at this point.

Food is ok at best. Service is bad Prices are crazy They mess up your order and give you sauces and utensils even after clearly asking. Check the bag before you leave. Tried calling the Restaurant directly but no one answered.

I came in and asked for a buffalo chicken sub i planned on shearing it with my son who is a toddler. He likes the banana peppers but not the buffalo sauce so I asked for the sauce to be put on the side instead of directly on the sandwich. I was told that I would have to pay extra because I wanted it on the side and not actually on the sandwich which makes no sense if the sandwich comes with the sandwich. Needless to say my 5 y/o was left disappointed because I wasn’t paying for something extra that comes with the sandwiched all because I wanted it on the side. When I asked for a manager I was told there wasn’t one there and she didn’t know that name of her man. It wasn’t until I asked her to ask someone who might know. It was the principal behind it not the cost of putting it on the side.
