Joe, maybe the manager, greeted us with a smile. We were the first customer of the day and everyone was so welcoming! Food was great! Veggies on the Philly were fresh! Can’t complain at all

Very clean restaurant, welcoming staff, and they made sure I didnt miss a thing when I ordered. Very happy coming here, and i'll definitely be coming back again

This is a great place to get a good cheesesteak. The staff that was on duty when we were there were very friendly and very nice. It's wheelchair accessible and great for quick meal. If I had to give any negative feedback at all would be that the music's a little too loud, but that's not a big deal. I recommend this restaurant and think you'll have a good time coming in and grabbing a chicken or a Philly cheese steak.

New location opened in Cypress. Location is clean and workers are polite and friendly. Manager was also on site when we came in and was attentive to customers in the shop. They also will walk your completed order to you when it is completed, which honestly is pretty nice. The sandwiches at this particular Ocharley’s are well made - it was fresh (made to order) and not greasy. I’ve been to other OCharleys where the sandwich is noticeably drenched in grease. Would stop by again for a quick lunch or bite if nearby.
