Charleys Cheesesteaks

Charleys is located in the Food Court of Plaza West Covina. I ordered here as haven’t had their Philly cheesesteak in such a long time. Service was perfunctory but efficient. It’s a walk up kiosk to place order and pick up. There are many tables and chairs for dine in, but the place gets packed on the weekends. The high ceiling and glass windows lend brightness to the area. The original cheesesteak was delicious, I prefer the bread to be more toasted. The fries were nicely crisp on the outside and soft inside. I don’t go to the mall that often but I’d definitely visit Charley’s again when I do.

Chicken was OK not great but was OK. Fries tasted like as if they were sitting out all day under heaters and reheated. The ranch was very watery and did not complement the food. Price was very reasonable six piece wings with fries

They were 3 guys, and none of them were nice 😔. The younger that take my order have the attitude to full (bad really bad) . The food was ok, missing little flavor but ok.

Well, I eat here at least 2 times per week. I really like the sandwiches. Today I ordered the small chicken with fries and I got a lemonade. When I got the box i.asked for the fries. The associate said they are there. When I sat to eat she placed the sandwich with the paper on top of the fries. When I took it off ot wasn't the usual serving. There were only a few and they were cold. Like they were leftover. I usually have leftovers. Not today. Very bad service. They were more concerned about talking. No one was in line. Next time be nice to the people who support small businesses that provide you with your paycheck. Sad to say I'll never go back.

No flavor in food even specials aren’t worth the price. Very disappointed, our cheese steak Sandwhich barely had meat and was so sad :(
