7 January Order ID: AC22FMPWACDQ #10 The experience was absolutely disappointing my daughter really wanted this as she loved the one at Ramstein AB. There were no customers as we waited for someone to assist, he peaked out and went back, when I didn’t leave, he then came and took my daughter’s (6yr old) order. The mozzarella sticks were not edible, at all not even one! They looked old, so old in fact there was no cheese in any of them! My daughter was highly disappointed being that she is a picky eater it’s rare for her to make requests this did not help. I expected better of the location on a military installation, store your food properly, tend to customers in a timely manner and serve edible food.

Dirty tables, cold food, less than 2 oz of meat, customer service was terrible, expensive as heck!

Visiting the base and worker refused to take an order saying he was closed more than an hour before posted closing time. When I pointed out their posted hours he just said well im closed and walked away. Pathetic excuse for an employee.

Not bad for a franchise steak sandwich. The fries were hot.

Oftentimes when you get a sandwich they will just throw it on the bread and won't cut it all the way through. This means you have to rip the sandwich the rest of the way, making a mess and ruining the integrity of the sandwich.
