Visited while on base for the airshow and was pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. They were busy but handled everyone with no sweat. It was also nice to eat beside all the soldiers and airmen.
The Charley's in the JBA food court is awesome flavor and the staff is fun and energetic. They ask the customer exactly how they want their food and verify the order before it goes out.
Food was fresh amd delicious, service was fast! There was a sweet woman named Andrea that made my experience SUPER pleasant. She reminded me of back home and southern charm.
First fast food that didn't disappoint me. They actually cook right in front of you to create a very good, quality hot sub. The piece de resistance is home-made lemonade WITH LITTLE PIECES OF PEACH IN THE BOTTOM THAT ARE SMALL ENOUGH TO COME RIGHT IN THROUGH THE STRAW. OR BLUEBERRY OR STRAWBERRY. INCREDIBLE!!! Don't know where else they are, but I'm now officially addicted to the one at Joint Base Andrews.
Love the food. This location just always seems to be under staffed. Always a lime and takes too long to get food.
