Charleys Cheesesteaks

I love and miss this Charleys in the BX. Did they bring it back? Last i saw it there was years ago, and since had not seen it at all? The cheesesteak is awesome. The bacon cheese fries are also good.

It’s Charley’s and it’s on base. Is it the best Philly cheese steak ever, probably not. Is it damn good, absolutely! $14 for a sandwich and gourmet (bacon & cheese) fries, I had my own water. Coulda opted for extra meat ($2.99 more) or a combo ($5 ish more). Pics r half eaten - so portion size is plenty. Got here before 11 am and still some wait time, only got busier as the lunch hour approached. Some folks appeared to be “cutting the line”, but no, they ordered online - a time saver!

Worst cheese steak I have ever eaten. Eat elsewhere! Dry, boring cheese steak.

Only ordered fries… took over 45 mins for them to tell me “oh yeah we are getting to it” but 9 (i counted) people that came up after me and ordered got there food! Go to any other food place in the food court. Trust me. And the employees were yelling and arguing the whole time with each other.

This was the 3rd stop on our Cheesesteak tour of Ogden (and the surrounding areas). I was not impressed. They put a lot of mayo on the sandwich, too much cheese (hard to believe, I know, but it is possible) and don't include enough meat. I did like the seasoning on the meat and the bread was soft, but the sandwich was not good overall. I felt awful after eating it and it was greasy. I'm giving it 3 stars, which is generous but I'm not opposed to trying a different menu item (other than the classic philly). Overall, I gave this sandwich last place (#6 / 6).
