Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. The employee with blue hair was unable to take our order correctly. We asked for cheese fries but received plain fries, and we specifically requested no tomato on the sandwich, yet it still came with tomato. Situations like this are concerning, especially for customers who may have food allergies and rely on their requests being followed. We also ordered two drinks and only received one. Overall, this experience was frustrating, and we’ll be trying a different location next time.

First time here and it gave me old school Jersey Shore boardwalk vibes. Got cheesesteak and fries and mozzarella sticks, everything was clean , seasoned well and the cheese was cheesing! Down to ice for the beverages. The service was excellent. Everything was handled well and I’ll be back very soon. Charley’s for the win

This was my first time trying this location and it wasn't a bad experience. Although I did enjoy my good, there were a few small errors that won't allow me to go above 4 stars. I specifically asked for the sauce on the cheese fries to be on the side. However the cheese was on top and it was a bit messier than I would've liked. This wasn't a deal breaker since the fries were soggy and still had a good amount of cheese. However she they were unnecessarily messy. Similarly with the sandwich. The flavor was there. The roll was soft. Lettuce was crisp, as was the tomato juicy. Buuuut, the sandwich wasn't evenly sliced. Almost as if they started to cut it and then stopped. Which made a port fall out when I picked it up. So, although minor errors, they were big enough to affect how much I enjoyed

The service was good but your half a sandwich and fries wasn't the bread was old and it it was spicy I told them I wanted nothing but chicken and cheese on it and I also ordered chicken wings that most have been cooked in a microwave because they were very bad and I will never order them again. Also the floor in your store in Picataway are sticky and wet. My wife and I are very unhappy. This has never happen to us here. We may start looking for another place to go.

Lady at register saw the kiosk took my payment of 8 dollars through Apple Pay and my Apple wallet showed the charge, but I never got an order number and it said transaction cancelled however money wasn’t refunded. Asked for help and the worker and manager essentially said we cant do anything and can’t help. they barely said anything. “It doesn’t show on the screen we can’t do anything” and that’s it.
