This location is by far the best I have been to… The manager Tashina is always up front welcoming her customers with a bright smile. Always clean the music is fun and the staff is great always ready to make fresh food nice and hot. The service is fast!!! The menu is great!!!

First time here and very bad experience. Clerk up-charged us for a drink in a combo meal, of which the drink should have been included. Clerk could not explain the additional charge, and when I asked for a manager, I got the "She's not here" answer. I called the manager a week later, and she was very dismissive about my concern, saying I was "confused". To top it off, this place was downright dirty- floor was un-swept, crumbs and debris on the tables, the bathroom was uninhabitable. The Charley's in Greenbelt, Wheaton, and Bethesda we frequent with regularity, hardly ever a problem, and they're CLEAN. The manager and staff in this location need serious training.
Personally I don’t come here often but I love when I do! Everyone is so nice and the food is always great. The area is always clean and it’s well set up.
