Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

The sandwiches I purchased were dry as hell. We had to add ketchup and Chick-fil-A sauce to get it from 2 to a 3. Honestly, I have never had a sandwich this tasteless. Bread not toasted, chicken was DRY like cardboard. Don’t do it.

Ordered 2 cheese steak combo with a side of mozzarella sticks for dinner tonight. First instead of a cheese steak I received a chicken cheese steak. Second fries were not cooked all the way. This place has gone down hill since January. I don't know if they changed cooks or management but you have to do better especially after your customers spend almost $40 for 2 combos without drinks. Really

This was my go to place for quick reasonably priced food. I picked up food to go from here the other day...I started eating the food and then I took a bite and something stringy that I immediately knew wasn't supposed to be there. I pulled the sandwich away from my mouth and was completely disgusted to see a long black hair mixed in with my sandwich. Days later just thinking about it makes me sick to my stomach all over again. How is it not mandatory for everyone to wear hair nets here?? At minimum the people on the grill should be required to...needles to say I highly doubt I'll be going back. One time with a gross hair in my food is enough for me..

Friendly service, quick service, and beautiful presentation. I just wanted to take pics!!! And I don’t typically do that. So nice to not see food thrown together when you open the container. New place and there messing up orders. My first time i did not receive my drink. My second time i asked for a chicken California meal he only rung me up for a drink and sandwich. Did not recognize that until i got all the way home. And the sandwich barely has meat on one half. And I tipped
