Chaparral Mexican and Cuban Restaurant

I’m not a fan of Mexican food (my husband is) but we had such a great experience here that we’ll definitely be back!! Everything was amazing! We were immediately greeted by a man with a big smile on his face. Our server was super attentive and accommodating. Food came out hot and delicious! Drinks were yummy and the decor was super cute.

I love this place. Got the shrimp fajitas tonight. They were yummy in da tummy. Maria was my server and she was simply wonderful. I appreciate her being polite and laughing at all my lame jokes.

LOVE this place! Food and staff are wonderful! Cozy environment and their Cadillac margaritas are the absolute best!!! Highly recommend!

We were blown away! We’ve driven by the billboard so many times and tonight we finally stopped. I regret not eating at Chaparral’s sooner! From the moment we walked in it was a five stars experience. The gentleman who greeted us was warm, friendly and kind. The server was accommodating and knowledgable and engaging. I don’t even know what to say about the chef because like all chefs s/he is the superstar hidden in the kitchen - I can only tell you what we tasted…the deep fried red snapper was THE BEST!! Our motto is if red snapper or Branzino is on the menu - we always order it and thank goodness we stuck with that because we may have missed out! Seriously - we’ve enjoyed fried red snapper everywhere and this restaurant is not playing. So good! Bravo to the entire team. We will be back!!

Great food. Really good service. Jessica was great and handled all my stupid questions. They actually had cloth napkins and glasses (not plastic cups). It’s the little things. Recommend.
