Chang Thai Cville

Stopped on a whim for lunch I'm rarely in this area. My son and I like Thai food so we gave it a shot. Glad we did. The waitress was very attentive and the food came reasonably fast. I worry when it's too fast. My son had a shrimp meal and I ordered Massaman curry which I'd never heard of. It was delicious. We were both very pleased.

Unbelievable food and a cozy atmosphere. I love Thai food, but feel like I've never had proper wonton soup before eating at Chang Thai. The flavors were outstanding, the service friendly and quick, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming: 100% would recommend!!

We had a great first impression of this spot! We were seated immediately with super fast service, our food came out within minutes of ordering. They have a very impressive menu, but since it was our first visit we stuck to our “usuals” to get a baseline compared to other spots in town. This will definitely be our new go to, I can’t wait to try more things from their menu!

Amazing traditional Thai food. The wait staff was extremely accommodating as we had our 4 kids aged 15 to 7 years old. The food came out very fast, was wonderfully displayed and the flavor was incredible. Mango curry is definitely the dish to try! I was very impressed with the balance of sweet and spicy with real chunks of mango. Pad Thai traditional chicken was very good and a staple on the Thai menu. Pork belly was another big winner for the night. The pork was crunchy on the outside and bursting with juicy flavor on the inside. Do not hesitate to come for dinner, there is a second floor to the establishment. If the lot is full, park at Arby's. Come and enjoy a great meal and fantastic wait staff! MILITARY DISCOUNT!

We came in a group of five without reservation and were able to be seated soon upstairs. The view across street with spring flowering trees complemented the dishes: tasty Thai, big portions, and fresh ingredients. Interiors and exteriors both look clean and nice. The only thing is at the end of dining, our waitress was too busy so we ended up helping ourselves packing leftovers. I will still give it 5 considering overall pleasant dining experience.
