Champion Wings & Fish

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The light-skinned black lady with the glasses (I keep forgetting to get her name before I leave) is ALWAYS nice and accommodating no matter what and she has such a humble, welcoming spirit and smile. The food is great. Flavor is on point, always fresh, never old or overcooked, nor undercooked. Wings are crispy and seasoned perfectly. Fries are always golden and crisp upon being served. The philly’s are good, too. All of them. This is my go-to spot for wings and fries. My only wish is that they had wedges 🥹🤗

DoorDash delivered haven’t seen the place. I gave it a 5 star due to the house rice = a large combination rice. My order was not skimpy I had whiting fish, wings/w canned sprite, and fried rice with (beef, chicken, shrimp)in it. Haven’t seen this kind of serving in TX so far, the rice would be plain, anything else would likely cost extra and likely more than what I paid which was about $17

In the hood Plaza near Goodwill and what I expected. Good price variety wings and fish. Farm raised frozen product that can be dropped in the grease. Everything looks perfect upon opening the box. The catfish was OK, I’m used to eating fresh fish-You can taste the difference. The breading was a bit much on the fish and okra. When you reheat in the air fryer, you can notice more how much grease you were consuming as most of us eat it hot as you are supposed to. Coleslaw straight garbage. Looking for something quick and affordable, stop here . This is for teenagers and people who don’t eat fruit and vegetables. Jonesboro Food Desert. There’s 30 of these type restaurants in a short radius.

Every since I moved to Riverdale from Decatur I only eat here best wings and rice ever always on point and my sister said they have the best lamb gyro she ever had

Came here and got wings and they was so good. And the staff here was so friendly will be back for more.
