Cerpangha LLC - Little Rock Branch

After calling nearly every appliance repair business in our area that claimed to service/repair all commercial kitchen equipment, I reached Charlie with Cerpangha and was told that they did, indeed, service commercial gas/propane deep fryers. Being a small business, we certainly feel the impact when a piece of our equipment breaks down and Charlie was very sympathetic to our plight. He dispatched one of their technicians who arrived before our busy lunch period and they had us up and running in no time. Absolutely top notch customer service from start to finish!! I can’t say enough about their care, quality and service except to just skip the rest and call them first. Thank you Charlie and your technician team for your outstanding service.

I have had them out for an oven repair and a walk in cooler repair. Pleased on both occasions. They made me a priority, and went beyond what was expected.

This company said they came out to repair my appliance and i was not notified or not on the property. Called me after a month asking for the invoice to be paid. My electrician fixed the issue. Initially they gave me a quote for 125+ Tax for diagnosing the issue , but Charged 150 +Tax( was told $15 for using their tool and $10 for fuel charge) . How do they even diagnose it without using their tool :). Its a rip off stay away from this company!!

Company tried to charge me double for a part and they said it was a glitch or IT issue after I called the main office and confronted them about the cost.(I declined paying for the part at the get go). The tech said it was a thermostat gone bad and he didn't even turn nothing on to see how or what could be the issue. I bought the part from Amazon and installed it myself and the thermostat wasn't even the problem, it was my right burner not staying on and working properly. First impressions are very important to a new customer and this was a very poor first impression! People do your homework before you call these big companies because they will lie and gouge you to death!!!

This company was very helpful in getting my turbochef fixed. I feel like Charlie really tried to build a relationship with me and help determine the problem.The tech showed up to my gas station within 24 hours and had it working in about 3 hours. Thanks Charlie!
