Central Indian Bistro & Wings @ Sonesta Milford

Got paneer butter mac and cheese, vegetarian harvest biryani, and mango lassi. The paneer butter mac and cheese was delicious. Nice creamy texture, flavorful, pasta was cooked well, there was a good balance of paneer blocks, and some fresh cilantro to help cut through the richness. The vegetable harvest biryani had a large portion, could have been a bit more flavorful but was good overall. The mango lassi was great. Strong and fresh mango flavor, well balanced and was not overpowered by the creaminess of the yogurt.

Recently had the pleasure of enjoying some incredible Indian food, and it was truly a memorable experience. Every dish was bursting with rich flavors. The spices were perfectly balanced without being overwhelming, and each bite was absolutely mouth-watering. The curries were creamy and aromatic, the naan was soft and fresh, and the appetizers were packed with flavor. You could really taste the freshness of the ingredients and the care put into every dish.

Great food and friendly staff! The Butter Chicken Wings are amazing and worth the trip alone! Lamb Vindaloo was also great. Awesome to get some Indian food options in Milford!

Opened recently inside of Sonesta Select hotel. Excellent customer service. My family tried vegetable samosas, a chicken shawarma quesadilla, and a falafel wrap. All were very flavorful and cooked perfectly.
