Me and my husband had the most amazing time. You can tell they care about you and your experience. We have ordered the restaurant week menu and it didn't disappoint. This place restored my hope for DC restaurants. Hidden gem and i want them to stay that way. Not everyone have good taste Humberto was amazing, so as the owner. Very genuine and humble. Honestly i cannot pinpoint which course was the best. What i know for sure is the steak was so unforgettable . Next time i am gonna go all out and try their tasting menu. Such a wonderful experience. The food and cocktails were fabulous. The atmosphere was perfect; quaint and comfortable. Our waiter (manuel) provided outstanding service. I would highly recommend.

Best restaurant I’ve been to in DC and best meal I’ve had dining out in DC, period (and I’ve dined out quite a bit!). Everything was perfect. Every plate was incredible, truly an experience of flavor and texture. You can tell there’s a Chef who knows and loves South American food experimenting and testing and a full kitchen of very talented folks. Cocktails are among the best I’ve had, and service was over the top. Ambiance is cozy and sophisticated. Do not skip the bread nor the dessert. From the small dishes or big plates, nothing will go wrong.

As a Uruguayan, I can confidently say that Ceibo captures and elevates our flavors in a unique way. The food and drinks were top notch, and the service was superb. Even the music made me feel at home! I'll have to come back to try the rest of the menu!

Quite possibly the best restaurant in DC! We dined here on a competitively priced 3-course Valentines menu, and every dish was to die for. The ambience was perfect for a date night and the service was a great balance of attentive and breathable. 10/10
