This place had great ambiance and coffee! Leigh was my server and she made my experience all the better. I had the drip coffee and the lemonade coffee. The lemonade coffee was the perfect balance of acidity, bitterness, and sweetness. This place is perfectly eclectic and creates a warm, inviting, and cozy environment to study, read, or breakout an old DS. My first time visiting Cedars Coppice in Bastrop and I was blown away. Where has this place been? It’s the exact type of spot I seek out when I travel. For starters, I had never tried a coffee lemonade before and let me tell you, don’t sleep on it. It’s different in all the best ways. The $10 hummus spread was not only beautiful but also romantic, you could taste the love that went into it. Then came the fresh sausage and cheese bites, which actually turned out to be two whole muffins with fruit on the side and they were slap-yo-momma good. And that’s just the food before we even get into how stinking cute the place is. Think vintage vibes, food served on china, books tucked everywhere, little plants, and affordable gifts for yourself or friends. It has everything a girl could dream of. H

The breakfast bites are incredible!! The cold foam is terrific on any coffee & the cardamom chia is my favorite tea so far! Great milk & substitute selections available. Shelby is such a sweetheart and so attentive! Great trinkets, plants, books and antique items. The atmosphere is unique and inviting!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Management is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is excellent. I love to work on school while chilling on a comfortable couch, coffee in hand.

Absolutely love this new coffee spot in Bastrop. This is just what our downtown needed. We ordered the “Dessert Charcuterie” 10/10 my favorite was the lemon pie. The atmosphere is super cozy. I look forward To many more coffee dates here.
