Cedar Creek Hotel & Event Center

I have a group of small business owners who get together monthly to give each other peer-to-peer advice. We go on an annual planning retreat every November and this year we found Cedar Creek. What a great place. They were happy to accommodate our small group of 7 and treated us the same as if we were a much larger group. The rooms are nice and clean, our meeting room had everything we need including a big TV on the wall for connecting a laptop. Group meals were in the Town Hall, which looks like an old saloon. The chefs, the food, the setting - all great. We stayed and played pool after our dinner. They have a 9 hole par 3 golf course on the property which is free for guests. We had our daughter’s wedding here at Cedar Creek, End of July. Everything was Perfect. It was 95 Degrees with Rain in the forecast. They were ready for everything they gave out water to the wedding guests as they sat waiting for the bride. The ceremony was set in the lawn of the manor house and the Rain held off until picture time. The staff rushed in with umbrellas for the bride and whisked her and the bridal party to the reception venue to complete the pictures, while the rest of us worked our way to Town Hall for cocktails and appetizers, which is included in the plans so if you have to move the ceremony inside due to weather. |The food was unbelievable for a sit down restaurant and it was done for a party of 100. I had my wedding here on 09.27.25 and it was an absolute dream. We received so many compliments about our wedding from our guests. Everyone enjoyed their time and stay here. First The venue alone is absolutely beautiful! It has such pretty scenery. One of our favorite things about this venue is everything is on site from lodging, ceremony, cocktail hour, an after party with a bonfire, the reception, and an area for everyone to get ready. Chef Todd and Chef Nick did a great job with every meal from dinner to breakfast each night (we did our rehearsal dinner here too). Spent the weekend at this wonderful hidden gem. I have no idea that existed and what a fun complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean in the lodge. The service is wonderful and the people are fantastic. I was there for a wedding and everything went off so smoothly. If you’re looking for a little getaway, this is a wonderful place. If you’re looking to plan a wedding I think this is a great option. We had over 100 people, and most of us stayed on the property. They have a lodge plus darling little cottages with screen porches-some are new and some older. The pool, golf, tennis court, fire pit, cozy front porch with a fireplace. My wife and I stayed here when a friend of ours got married a few weeks ago. Our room was not clean when we originally checked in and there were no spares. Ariel at the front desk assured us she would go in and clean it herself while we were at the wedding. Sure enough-she did and she did an exceptional job. Her customer service was A+ and that’s what sold us on deciding to stay here again in the future. The area is peaceful but not too far from civilization!
