Cecil's Famous Burgers

The food was decent. The staff was nice, the location seems pretty nice too but there are some unsavory people lurking around the area. The food was freshly made, the fries was delicious, the burger and sandwich can be more presentable. The prices are reasonable and also this establishment is one of the oldest food joints here in the city.

I used to eat here all the time when I was a kid and I remembered it as a great place for a good burger. I’ve heard this place changed ownership and wanted to see if it’s still good as I remember. I got the Double Bulky Bacon Cheeseburger, with Fries and a butterscotch milkshake. I have to say the burger did not let me down. It was a pretty good size burger the meat was still juicy inside and it was a bit messy with their burger sauce but it added good flavor. It had shredded lettuce, tomato, and pickles as well. The fries were shoestring that was lightly seasoned with salt and they were still a little soft not too crispy which I like with those fries. If you like them crispy ask for them to be well done. Local iconic burger joint with a sneaky large amount of options on the menu. My 11 year old was shocked about the value for the price (given that fast food has caught up to diner and restaurant prices) and he loved it on comparison to the golden arch place. One kid got chicken nuggets. The other got a ribeye sandwich. The wife and I got burgers. There were a couple of orders of fries that were able to be split and an order of chili fries for myself. My kids can be quite picky eaters, but they devoured their food. Shopping center parking lot, so should be able to find a space. Some outdoor seating surrounding the kitchen with a service window you order through.

The vibe was light weight chill. A few pan handlers but other than that is was mediocre not 2 bad. Kid enjoyed the birds begging 4 food.

The the food was great, classic burger fries and shake spot. My burger was good, and the variety of shake flavors was awesome. I will definitely be going again!
