Cecil Whittaker's Pizzeria

Called in a delivery and explicitly asked if the driver would have change for a $100 bill. It was stated that they would but the driver showed up with not enough change. Waited an hour to not get our pizza and needed to reorder at another restaurant. The restaurant gives very professional replies as you can see. We ended up ordering imos. It was $6 cheaper since the manager cares about exact amounts, faster service and the delivery driver came with change.

Highly disappointed. I don’t know what has changed but We got 2 sandwiches and A salad which was about $50. The sandwiches barely had any meat on it. The lettuce for the sandwich was just the salad mix. The chef salad was mostly just lettuce. Very disappointing….. after years of eating here I’m not sure we will ever get their food again

Consistency is the most important thing in kitchen/restaurants. Ever since the current owner took over this location, the food has gotten progressively worse, different, or unavailable altogether. This is the third time I have ordered where items have been substituted entirely. I didn’t complain until tonight. Our potato skins were inedible, undercooked, had provel cheese instead of cheddar, and a few specs of undercooked bacon. I have ordered the charbroiled chicken sandwich probably 200 times over the last decade or so, from several locations. Tonight is the worst I have received yet. In the past, they have forgotten the side of honey mustard that I’ve ordered and often paid for, or the bread was entirely different, such as a hoagie, tonight not only was it a hoagie, but it wasn’t eve

Made an online order to pick up on the way home. Walked in to get placed order and, they had music so loud they didn't hear the online order go off. Even tho it was good music they were listening too. I had to wait an extra 20 min for my pizza to get done.

Since the new owners took over the food isn’t worth talking about. The chicken wings horrible the sandwiches are horrible no cheese and a few pieces of meat. For $50 n it was just plain horrible. I WILL NEVER ODER FROM HERE AGAIN. I gave you guys another chance my mistake won’t happen again
