Caves Corvallis

Walked in and was immediately greeted with friendly staff, and offered us a table by the fireplace. The restaurant is clean, has a good smell unlike some places. Clean and tidy. Great menu selection. Wish they had lattes but that’s ok. Their donuts are a must try We had the maple one. Came here for brunch and the food was delicious. Good flavors and not greasy. Wish the potato hash wasn’t as crispy.

Honestly, one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Corvallis; everything from start to finish was incredible. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the cocktails were spot on, and the food was next-level delicious without breaking the bank. You can tell there’s real care behind every dish. This has officially become my new favorite spot in town, and I’m already dropping hints to my husband about when we can go back!

What a gem! This place is simply amazing. Everything we ordered was very unique to in all the best ways. Interesting uses of mashing flavor profiles together that I didn’t expect. Each dish was a new adventure and each dish was one pleasant surprise after another. The carrots on the appetizer menu are worth it!! Don’t hesitate are question yourself. It will be the best food choice you’ve made in a long time. The steak was unreal. Flavored perfectly and tender. The potatoes cubes fried in duck fat were other worldly; I’ve never had anything like that. I would eat here every time I drive through Corvallis. You should call for reservations other wise your rolling the dice and sitting at the bar if your lucky. They do have a separate bar menu which also has some great options.

Really nice experience. The food arrived quickly and the service was very good. We had the brussel sprouts, oysters, short rib burger and mussels. All were delish.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Caves Corvallis! I started with the oysters, which were fresh and quite large, and followed with the mussels for my entrée … absolutely delicious! Our server, Macayla, was friendly, sweet, and incredibly helpful, making the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great seafood and excellent service in Corvallis!!
