I love this Cava! The staff are amazing! Always friendly and quick. I can always count on them for an honest opinion about new items, and they are always nice even when the location is super busy. The food is consistently good, especially the pita chips. There are a couple employees I always enjoy interacting with, like the twins that work there and the young black guy who does the best job of cutting up the avocados. Most staff cut the avocado one way and leave it in large slices, but this one guy cuts them into cubes which works so much better for mixing the bowls up. I don’t know everyone’s name, but I always am very appreciative of the workers at Cava. I had such a great experience at CAVA! The restaurant was extremely clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. As a first-time customer, I really appreciated how kind and helpful the manager, Nicole, was. She made me feel welcome and helped me decide what to order. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

The staff is always nice when we come in, I love that they are friendly & take care of each customer as if it’s their own family… alittle sad that everytime we come in it’s always toppings missing but customer service makes it up

I came to this CAVA today and had a really disappointing experience. At the entrance there was a sign advertising Chicken Shawarma, so when I got to the line I asked the employee which meat was which since I’ve only been here twice and I don’t live near a location. He responded rudely, told me they didn’t have it anymore, and acted irritated that I was even asking. When I pointed to the steak to confirm what it was, he ignored me, started scooping without answering, and finally said “yes” in a rude tone before walking away. For nearly $20 a bowl, the food quality and the customer service are not worth it. I won’t be returning to this location.
