CAVA

We ordered the falafel veg bowl, spicy chicken shawarma bowl, and the lamb bowl. The food was good and flavorful. The falafel was fresh, the chicken had a nice spicy kick, and the lamb was well seasoned and tender. Portions were filling and ingredients tasted fresh. CAVA has its own Mediterranean-style flavors, so it’s best not to compare it with Chipotle bowls. Overall, a good option if you enjoy Mediterranean bowls.

I went for the first time, for lunch, on a random Tuesday in November. The vibe reminded me of chipotle back when it was cool. They had a bright, open dinning room with the line around the back, just like chipotle. I built my own bowl with saffron rice, super greens, steak, and various veggies. Everything was really good, I especially enjoyed the slight heat of something I chose. The steak was a little old, and I thought the portion was a a bit on the smaller side. However, a bowl and a blueberry root beer cost me $20, which in this economy is reasonable. It’s a nice little lunch spot in Nashua.

I had such a great experience at Cava! The food is absolutely amazing and so fresh. Everything tasted incredibly flavorful, and you can really tell the ingredients are high quality. Every bite felt fresh and perfectly prepared. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away and taken care of so quickly. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Bryan was the one who greeted me when I came in, and he was so helpful and kind. He made sure everything was just right and went above and beyond with his customer service. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend 🙂

My first time in and I was hit immediately with some of the best service ever in a casual environment. Bryan absolutely killed it with a recocomed bowl that was incredible! I will definitely be back here soon.

My family's new favorite place for fresh, tasty eats! The food is fresh and flavorful. There is something for everyone. I have one picky tween, one vegetarian teen with a nut allergy, a husband with an egg allergy and I myself just love to "have it MY way." We always leave satisfied and feeling healthy after meal at Cava. The staff there are always very helpful and welcoming. There are so many choices and they are so patient as you choose or if you need explanation. The meat is so tasty and never dry or fatty. It is just delicious! The atmosphere is delightful. It is clean and very modern. A very " whole " experience.
