Our experience at Cava each time we visit exceeds our expectation! The food is fresh, the staff seems glad to help customers and RICKY makes us want to return just to have a conversation with him! Thank you, Ricky and team for making each visit consistently great

I had never been to Cava…I decided to try it out for the first time and I was not disappointed. It is my new go to restaurant and one of my favorites. My man Ricky provided amazing service, and walked me through ordering (he could tell I was a newbie). I decided to come back for more another day, and guess who helped me…yep, Ricky! He remembered me and took good care of me again, even through they were super busy. I love this place and this location! I highly recommend Cava and especially this location.

first of all shoutout to my boy RICKY!!! he’s the goat along with every single cava worker. btw all the ladies who work there are very beautiful :p cava staff is made up of nothing but joyful beings who are super kind. i’m so serious my only goal is to visit every single cava that has ever existed, but this indy location will be my home away from home. i always dine in and it is just always a splendid, wonderful time :) I LOVE YOU INDY CAVA KEEP BEING YOU❤️❤️❤️

I am honestly devastated. I love Cava as the food is delicious and they have great portion sizes, this location included. However, I just got a bowl here (online takeout order) and there was nearly half the amount of food as there normally is! Just look at how much bowl is showing in the attached image! I asked the workers and was told that I got the correct portion size. As I have many years of restaurant experience, this says that there is a new hot shot manager who thinks they’re going to save this location so much money by restricting portion sizes. Newsflash buddy, you’re only losing customers, which ultimately means you’re losing money. I am extremely upset about this change as I won’t be coming back here anymore.

I meant to take the photo before mixing my bowl. It's so darn good. I had to go home and take it down with some privacy lol. first time having CAVA but won't be my last. A lovely lady named "LA" made my bowl her hands are blessed. Thank you!!!!
