I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience at the CAVA in Germantown! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what really made the visit outstanding was the incredible customer service. I had the pleasure of being helped by Laleska, and she was an absolute delight!! Her energy was positive, her smile was genuine, and she carried herself with the kind of kindness and attentiveness that you just don’t see every day in fast casual dining. We eat here every other week and we often come here very close to closing, yet the employees still welcome us with smiles and are very patient with us! it seems like a very happy work environment and the food is always fresh. We see Eric at the register most times that we visit and he is so friendly and patient with us. Best Cava in town.

Amazing place to eat at. Friendly staff and very clean. I want to especially give a shout out to Nahomi she went out and beyond her way to explain the menu to me as it was my first time going to cava. Very sweet lady thank you so much.

The food was delicious but the whole ‘digital kitchen’ idea is silly. We walked in and had to wait to get on WiFi and download the app just to be able to order. Why not a simple kiosk even? Or even a person…
