CAVA

I went to Cava today and purchased 3 bowls and pita breads. The portion of protein we r for in our bowls was very minimal. I got two lamb bowls and less than a spoon of chicken and so did my kids . The bowl was mainly the sauces, veggies and salad . It's not worth the price. I called the Bowie location to speak to the manager and I was on hold for more than 10 minutes and I hung up. Poor service

I had such a great experience at CAVA today! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving, but what really stood out was the amazing service. Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—she was super friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. It’s not often you come across someone who makes the experience feel so welcoming, but Jasmine did just that. Huge shoutout to her for making my visit such a positive one! I’ll definitely be coming back.

This location has everything you’re looking for in Bowie! Great service great food, friendly faces a 10 out of 10 every time.YARELIS is hands down the best, she is why I come to this location again and again. She has the best customer service. ON HER WATCH customers feel welcome, food is fresh and orders are timely. Stop in-you won’t be disappointed!

It was my first time having CAVA and the employee, Yerelis, was so knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient as she walked me through the ordering process. She explained each item to me and even offered suggestions when I was unsure what to pick. Her customer service was excellent and my food was delicious! The food was fresh and flavorful, and her assistance made the entire ordering process easy and stress-free. I will definitely be back!

This location made me addicted to CAVA! The fast service and excellent (and very kind) customer service always has me coming back. I always leave with a smile and packed bowl. I wish there were more in the area but i’ll always make the drive for this one!!
